What does a Wellness coach do?
As a Wellness coach, I will work with you on topics related to your health and well-being but also to your life balance and your sense of fulfillment in life.
In practice, I will help you make positive changes in your life and implement behaviours and habits that promote your health, well-being and fulfillment.
I offer individual coaching sessions, remotely, by videoconference or by telephone.
I coach in French, English and Portuguese.
The first Wellness session lasts around 2 hours.
Before the first session, you will receive a questionnaire to fill in. This will allow me to get to know you better and to learn more about your lifestyle and how you view the world.
During the first session, we will go over your questionnaire together. We will discuss your current situation and your priorities.
At the end of this session, you will have defined the topic that you wish to work on and your overall objective and based on your objective, we will agree on the number of coaching sessions.
Wellness topics often need to be worked on for a longer period of time. This can vary between 5 and 10 sessions depending on the chosen topic.
With the exception of the first coaching session, sessions usually last for an hour and a half depending on your situation and your needs.
Wellness coaching can be used alongside psychotherapy but cannot replace it.
