Coaching  format?

I offer individual coaching sessions, remotely, by videoconference or by telephone.
I coach in French, English and Portuguese.
The duration of the coaching will depend on your objectives and needs.

What to expect from the first coaching session?

The first coaching session lasts around 2 hours.
Before the first session, you will receive a questionnaire to fill in. This will allow me to get to know you and be able to better support you as a coach.
During the first session, we will go over your questionnaire together. We will discuss your current situation and your priorities.
At the end of this session, you will have a clearer idea of your overall objective and based on your objective, we will agree on the number of coaching sessions. The number of coaching sessions may be modified to suit your needs (additional sessions can be added).

What to expect from the following sessions?

With the exception of the first coaching session, sessions usually last for one hour.
I will support you in achieving your goals by using questioning and other tools to help you develop your potential and move into action.
Please note that while coaching can be used alongside psychotherapy work it cannot replace it.

Life coaching and Wellness coaching? What is the difference?

Life coaching addresses topics related to your daily life. These are very varied and may concern your relationships, your social life, your professional life but also your family life and your financial situation among others.
Wellness coaching addresses topics related to your health and well-being. These can be linked to health issues such as the desire to quit smoking or to lose weight but also the desire to improve your quality of life by implementing a regular physical activity, for example. Wellness coaching also addresses issues tied to emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. For example, a client may need to find meaning in his life following a change of circumstances.
