Cleen is a method which works on bodily sensations and which allows us to free ourselves from all the emotional reactions that make us suffer or limit us in our life.

As a Coach, I pay particular attention to my clients’ emotional well-being because emotions have a big impact on our health, our behaviours and our relationships.
They can sometimes prevent us from taking action or fulfilling our life plans.
This is the reason why I chose to undergo Cleen method training.

The Cleen method is part of the field of emotional intelligence and addresses both emotional hyper-reactions and emotional blockages. Here are some areas of application for Cleen:

  • Phobias (fear of animals or insects, fear of large spaces or confined spaces such as elevators)
  • Stress (Work or home-related, conflicts, past or future events such as an exam or an upcoming presentation)
  • Bereavement (loss of a loved one but also of a job, a house, etc.)
  • Emotions (anger, fear, sadness, etc.)
  • Feelings (unfairness, shyness, guilt, shame, etc.)
  • Life transitions (retirement, career changes, empty nesting, etc.)

The Cleen method can be used for past, present and future situations.
For example, I worked with a client who had bad memories that dated back to when she was a teenager. She wanted to free herself from these memories so they no longer had an impact on her daily life. Another client came to see me so I could help her prepare for a job interview. In his case, I used a combination of coaching and the Cleen method to help him for his interview.

The Cleen method can be combined with coaching sessions or used on its own.
